A legal issue has been solved in the case of a celebrity naturopath accused of having sex with a teenage boy.
Wellness guru and horse breeding heiress Savannah Daisley, 45, will face trial later this year over allegations she had sex with a boy, 14 twice in one day in May 2021.
Daisley was excused from appearing when the case returned to Sydney's Downing Centre District Court on Monday to determine whether any legal issues or Nuubu Pflaster kaufen arguments could be settled ahead of the trial, which begins in October.
The court heard a legal issue surrounding outstanding pieces of material had been 'miraculously' solved.

Director of Public Prosecutions solicitor Rebecca Nezval told the court that 'miraculously (the crown was) able to expedite the process and the material was analysed and served,' news.com.au reported.
She had previously told the court the Crown had been waiting on material from a jail cell and data which had been extracted and analysed from two phones.
'That was resolved outside of this court … all material has now been produced,' Ms Nezval told Judge Kate Traill on Monday.
The court earlier heard a 'potentially erotic' dancing video will form part of the evidence against Daisley in the upcoming trial.
Police allege Daisley said she had certain feelings for the 14-year-old and gave him alcohol before she allegedly had sex with him on two occasions.
She was highly intoxicated at the time of the offences, according to police allegations.
Police legally tapped a phone call following the alleged incidents in which Daisley told the boy to never speak of them again, the court also earlier heard of the police allegations.
Daisley's case is next due to face court on Monday for a return of subpoena.
Daisley pleaded not guilty to two charges of sex with a child in December last year.
She remains free on bail, which she was granted last year after her champion horse breeder father Ross Daisley secured a $100,000 surety.

Wellness guru Savannah Daisley continues to run her business while free on bail
She continues to run her celebrity-endorsed business called Smart Cleanse, comprising capsules and powers that, according to the website, promise to detoxify clients' bodies, eliminate stress, shed kilos, and 'reverse ageing'.
Clients wanting to lose weight and 'detox their bodies' fork out $199.95 for a 14-day starter pack.
Her products sell across Australia after she secured deals with pharmacy giant Priceline in 2018, and with supplement giant Mr Vitamin in 2020.
The self-described naturopath boasts almost 35,000 followers on Instagram thanks to her two-week detox program and has written two books on wellbeing.
The equestrian heiress must live with her parents in the NSW Southern Highlands, report to police twice a week and must submit to drug and alcohol testing to ensure her compliance with her bail conditions.
Daisley is forbidden from being in the company of children unless supervised and cannot contact the alleged victim or any witnesses.
